David Todd
Chairman
Extensive property development and investment experience in London and Amsterdam, the past 40 years as a principal. Established
Landmark in 2000 to provide high end serviced offices concentrating in the City of London.
Richard Gill
Managing Director (Solicitor)
Previously an equity partner with Ashford's one of the UK's largest regional law firms Richard joined Landmark in 2001 to introduce
his wealth of management experience to the company.
Clive Caunter
Finance Director (Chartered Accountant)
Over 20 years financial management experience with Dell Computer Corporation as UK Financial Director and European Financial
Planning and Analysis Director.
The company is split operationally into five departments:
Client Liaison
This team is responsible for the induction of clients into buildings and the delivery of services once clients have settled in.
Sales & Marketing
Sales & Marketing manage the occupancy of the buildings operated by the Company. They deal with enquiries for space, arrange and conduct
viewings and produce tailored proposals for prospective clients.
Accounts
The accounts department deal with the production of all invoicing for the Company and the collection of both licence fees and fees for
other services rendered to clients.
Operations
This team includes the provision of cleaning to the buildings and the individual office suites along with janitorial services to the
kitchens and toilets and security services out of usual office hours.
IT & Telecoms
Staffed by fully qualified Microsoft trained IT engineers, the IT & Telecoms team provide first and second level IT support to both the
Company’s IT infrastructure and telephone system and also first level support to many of the Company’s clients
